MIAMI (Jan. 14, 2021) – FIU women's golf head coach Joe Vogel officially announced the newest members of the Panther golf family on Thursday.

The 2021 class consists of Jordyn Hodgson, Karissa Kilby, Helena Noel and Arlynn Spence.

"It brings me great pleasure to introduce four new FIU Panthers to the women's golf team for Fall 2021. Jordyn Hodgson of Orlando, Florida, Karissa Kilby of Honolulu, Hawaii, Helena Noel of Tampa, Florida and Arlynn Spence of Lakeland, Florida," Vogel said. "These young ladies bring a wealth of junior golf success with multiple tournament wins and a great depth of experience."

Jordyn Hodgson (Orlando, Florida)
Hodgson comes to FIU with multiple wins on the Florida Junior Tour and Florida Opens, as well as several top 5's on the AJGA. She also qualified for and played in the Girls Junior PGA Championship when she was only 13. Hodgson chose FIU because of the location of the campus and FIU's reputation.

"They are also known in their respective community for their volunteer service to many organizations during their high school years. I can only say it is an honor and privilege to have the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and hard-working group. They will be exceptional here at FIU, and I look forward to being with them every step of the way."
