BLUFFTON, South Carolina (Jan. 30, 2021) – After prevailing in Friday's stroke play round of the Battle at Old South, the FIU women's golf team dominated Saturday's opening match play rounds to advance to Sunday's Championship.
 
The Panthers were awarded a first-round bye after sitting atop the leaderboard following Friday's stroke play event.
 
In Saturday's second round, FIU swept in-state foe Jacksonville 5-0 to advance to the first-place match on Sunday against Coastal Carolina.
 
The championship match is slated to begin on Sunday at 8:48 a.m. ET.
