MIAMI (April 22, 2021) - The FIU track and field team is set for their penultimate regular season meet, traveling to Orlando to compete in the UCF Knights Invite Friday and Saturday. 

The action will begin Friday at 1 p.m., with the women's hammer throw, while the track events get underway at 6:30 p.m., with the women's 400m hurdles.

No outside media, parents, etc. will be allowed on the field level. Spectators will be allowed at the meet, but will be required to remain in the bleachers at the track and field stadium. Masks are also required at all times and everyone is encouraged to social distance.

FIU is coming off competing at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational two weeks ago, where the Panthers earned wins from Rhema Otabor in the javelin and Eliseo Torres in the 3000, among a number of personal bests and impressive performances throughout the meet.
