EUGENE, Ore. (June 9, 2021) - FIU freshman javelin thrower Rhema Otabor is set to compete at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, with her event taking place Thursday at historic Hayward Field. 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Otabor is scheduled to begin competition at 7:45 p.m. ET, with the action being streamed live on WatchESPN.com. 

Otabor is capping a sensational freshman campaign that saw her break the FIU school record in the event and earn gold at the Conference USA Championships. 

FIU has advanced to the outdoor championships every year since 2015, with the last appearance in 2019 comprising of high jumper Clarissa Cutliff and thrower Gabrielle Rains.
