JACKSONVILLE, Florida (Feb. 15, 2021) – After darkness shortened the opening day of the San Jose Intercollegiate, The FIU women's golf pairing of
Carolina Andrade and
Karissa Kilby stormed up the leaderboard to finish in a tie for 20th on Tuesday.
Overall, the Panthers finished in seventh position after shooting a team total of 623 over the final 36 holes.
Andrade claimed her fourth-straight top 20 outing by shooting a final day 10 over-par 154 to jump eight spots up the individual leaderboard.
The final two rounds saw Kilby card a 156 for her second top 20 performance of her freshman campaign.
Arylnn Spence claimed a tie for 29th after shooting a 157 on Tuesday. The t29 position is Spence's best finish of the season.
Rounding out the Panther scorecard,
Jordyn Hodgson carded a final day total of 159 to finish in a tie for 40th.
Millburn Ho returned to action on Tuesday to shoot a 36 hole total of 158. The sophomore's withdrawal on Monday gave her a 95th place finish.
Panther Golf returns to action on Monday, March 5 at the Suntrust Gator Women's Invitational hosted by Florida.
