2022 FIU FOOTBALL SCHEDULE
MIAMI – The FIU football program will appear on national television a total of four times during the 2022 season, with three additional national television appearances added as part of the upcoming season's Conference USA broadcast package, which was announced on Thursday.
The Panthers will host a total of three nationally-televised games at FIU Stadium – two on CBS Sports Network (UTSA/Oct. 14 & Louisiana Tech/Oct. 28) and one on Stadium (FAU/Nov. 12).
The Louisiana Tech game was originally scheduled to be played on Saturday, Oct. 29, but was moved to Friday, Oct. 28 to accommodate the CBS Sports Network national broadcast. Kickoff is at 8 p.m. ET.
FIU will also host UTSA in a previously announced nationally-televised CBS Sports Network showdown on Friday, Oct. 14 at 8 p.m. ET.
"We are excited to now have three home national television broadcasts for the 2022 football season," FIU Athletics Director
Scott Carr said. "The opportunity to showcase FIU to a national audience three times is huge for us!"
Additionally, the Panthers' opening road contest of the 2022 campaign at Western Kentucky will also be aired live nationally on CBS Sports Network. Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m. ET.
HOME OPENER VS. BRYANT – THURSDAY, SEPT. 1
The 2022 season and home opener for the Panthers vs. Bryant University is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 1 at 7 p.m. ET. The game will air live on ESPN3.
HOMECOMING GAME
FIU will host UConn in the annual homecoming game on Saturday, Oct. 8 at FIU Stadium. Kickoff time will be 7 p.m. ET.
DATE CHANGE FOR ROAD CONTEST AT TEXAS STATE
The Panthers' game that was originally scheduled for Friday, Sept. 9 at Texas State has been shifted to Saturday, Sept. 10. The game will be televised on ESPN+ and is slated for a 7 p.m. ET kickoff in San Marcos, Texas.

Mike MacIntyre, who was hired to take over the reins of the program in December.
