MIAMI, Fla. – The 50th-ranked FIU women's tennis team (6-3, 1-0 C-USA) looks to extend its win streak at home this week, preparing for three games in five days in Miami in hosting Michigan State on Tuesday (Mar. 7), Middle Tennessee on Wednesday (Mar. 8) and Kennesaw State on Friday (Mar. 9) – all for noon matchups at the FIU Tennis Courts.

Friday, Mar. 10 vs. Kennesaw State (5-1)

The Panthers ride a two-match win streak entering this week's matchups, most recently coming off a top-40 clinch-clinch win over No. 36 Maryland last Saturday.

FIU's gotten off to great starts having won the doubles point for the last four straight matches, paced by its No. 2 duo of Yasmine Kabbaj and Oyinlomo Quadre on a six-match win streak at 7-2 overall. Salma Loudili and Katerina Mandelikova follow at 5-2 from the No. 3 position after tallying a top-50 win against the Terrapins on Saturday.

Additionally, FIU remains undefeated against nationally ranked pairs in doubles this season (3-0).

The Panthers have blanked each of their last two opponents at home, as Oyinlomo Quadre (4-2), Yasmine Kabbaj (2-4) and Katerina Mandelikova (5-2) hold two-match win streaks through singles, while Salma Loudili sits at five wins at the No. 6 position (5-3) – with the quartet leading the charge behind FIU's last six singles wins.

Quadre, coming off C-USA Tennis Athlete of the Week honors last week, has clinched the last two matches at the No. 3 position (2-1), while Katerina Mandelikova added a straight-set effort on Saturday to collect her fifth dual singles win.

Kabbaj has bounced back into the win column after a rocky start to the season, though, having found her rhythm at the No. 1 position with dominant straight-set efforts in her last two wins.
