MIAMI – FIU Athletics is excited to announce that Fan Fest is set for Saturday, August 12 and will include a pair of special events open to all FIU fans and alumni.
The day's festivities will begin on Saturday morning with an open FIU Football practice from 7:30 a.m. – 10 a.m. ET at the FIU Practice Fields on campus.
At the conclusion of practice, fans are invited to take part in a post-practice autograph session with student-athletes and members of the coaching staff.
Things will then shift to Monty's in Coconut Grove for the Annual Panther Block Party, which is presented by the FIU Alumni Association and is scheduled for 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $30 and include an open bar and food as well as the opportunity to interact with fellow alumni, Panther fans and FIU Athletics coaches and staff.
