GREENVILLE, N.C. — FIU's men's basketball program looks to make it two-straight road wins, taking on East Carolina in non-conference action on Tuesday evening.
The Panthers (4-6) match up with East Carolina (7-4), out of the American Athletic Conference, for a 7 p.m. tip-off inside Williams Arena. The game will be available to watch on ESPN+.

FIU returns to action after a convincing 81-72 victory over Stetson on Saturday, Dec. 14. Jayden Brewer led the Panthers with 20 points as FIU raced out to a 47-28 halftime lead.
Brewer continues to shine in his junior campaign, averaging a team-high 14.9 points per game, of which ranks ninth-best in CUSA. As a team, FIU has been strong defensively this season, giving up just 70.3 ppg, fifth-best in CUSA.
The Panthers have also been strong in taking care of the basketball, holding a plus-three turnover margin average, third-best in CUSA. FIU's offense has thrived in transition, averaging 15.1 transition points per game, first in CUSA and 31st-nationally.
SCOUTING THE PIRATES
East Carolina enters this tilt on a three-game losing streak, most recently suffering a 74-67 defeat to North Alabama at home.
RJ Felton and CJ Walker make up a one-two scoring punch for the Pirates, averaging 17.8 ppg and 17.1 ppg, respectively. Jordan Riley and Cam Hayes also average double-digits for ECU.
The Panthers have met ECU just one time in program history, defeating the Pirates 68-64 on Jan. 18, 2014.
