As we turn the calendar to 2025, we wanted to take a look back at some of the top accomplishments from FIU Athletics from 2024.
The Panthers claimed four conference championships, including women's swimming and diving capturing its first-ever American Athletic Conference title, women's tennis repeating as Conference USA Champions and women's soccer sweeping both the Conference USA regular season and tournament titles for the first time.
Academically, the department posted the top student-athlete grade point average in program history at 3.44 and recently had over 300 student-athletes post a GPA of 3.0 or better and had a total of 24 graduates this past fall semester.
