Dallas, Texas - FIU Beach Volleyball is locked into the 2-seed as they head into the 2024 CUSA Beach Volleyball Championships, to be played in Sugar Beach, Louisiana at the Youngsville Sports Complex.
The double elimination tournament will start on April 25, and run until the championship match on April 27 at 11 a.m.
The No. 14 Panthers (20-9) are slated to take on number 7-seed Missouri State (24-5) on day one of the tournament, April 25 at 10 a.m. The winner will go on to the play the winner of the 3-seed Florida Atlantic Owls and 6-seed UTEP on April 26 at 8:30 a.m.
The No. 6 TCU Horned Frogs (25-7) earned the one-seed, while the No. 18 Florida Atlantic Owls (16-17) secured the 3-seed in the tournament.Â
8-seed Tarleton State (1-11) and 9-seed Jacksonville State (0-10) will kick off the tournament in a play-in game at 8:30 a.m. on April 25, with the winner of the contest going on to play 1-seed TCU at 2:30 p.m. the same day.
The final matchup includes 4-seed University of Alabama - Birmingham (18-13) facing off against 5-seed Tulane (22-12) on April 25 at 1 p.m.
Day one of the tournament will not be broadcasted, but every match on days two and three will be televised on ESPN+.
