Junior - 2008: Named to the All-Sun Belt Conference First Team ... Started all 63 games as an outfielder ... Led the team in RBIs (51) and triples (4) and tied in home runs (17) ... Drove in five runs against Creighton while hitting two home runs and scoring twice ... Had her second multi-homer game against WKU going 2-for-3 and driving in three in a 9-7 win ... Hit two home runs during a perfect 2-for-2 game against South Alabama and drove in two ... Had at least three hits five times ... Her lone four-hit game came against ULM as she concluded a perfect day at the plate by driving in two runs in the 7-3 win ... Earned Sun Belt Player of the Week honors after hitting four home runs and seven RBIs over a week’s time.
Sophomore - 2007: Followed up a solid freshman season with a great sophomore campaign that earned her All-Sun Belt First Team honors ... Finished the year third on the team with a .299 batting average, including a team-best .357 average in conference play ... Her seven home runs tied for second on the team while her 23 runs batted in were good for third ...Three of her home runs and 13 of her 23 RBIs came against conference rivals ... Posted a team-best .386 on-base percentage in conference play ... Against conference rival North Texas (3/31), picked up three hits, including a home run, and drove in three ... Struck out just 20 times on the season, which was the fourth lowest total amongst regulars ... Her terrific throwing arm made runners think twice about running on her.
Freshman - 2006: Completed a solid freshman season for the Golden Panthers, batting either cleanup or fifth for much of the year ... Tied for third on the team in RBIs (21) and struck out just 14 times in 156 at bats, the best of all nine regulars in the lineup ... Had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 47 putouts, playing primarily in right field ... Hit .263 for the year, which ranked fifth on the team, while her 41 hits ranked third and her seven doubles were fourth ... Had eight multi-hit and four multi-RBI games ... Her first career home run came in spectacular walk-off fashion, a solo shot in the bottom of the seventh to give FIU a 2-1 win over Campbell (3/8).
Prior to FIU - Palmetto High School: Named to the Miami Herald All-Dade First-Team in 2004 and 2005 while playing at Miami Palmetto High School, which finished as runner up in the state tournament ... Was also the Hitter of the Year in 2005 for the Panthers, batting .400.
