2007 2^nd Team All-Sun Belt Conference

Junior (2007): White burst onto the scene in her first season as a Golden Panther and quickly became one of FIU’s all-time great hitters... She led the team in almost every major offensive category including batting average (.337), homeruns (14), RBI’s (40), triples (3), slugging percentage (.667) and on-base percentage (.391)... Her 14 homeruns are a single-season record and place her third on the career list behind former teammate Tabitha Embry (19) and Shannon Carey (18)...Her 40 RBI’s are good for second all-time in the single-season ranks behind current assistant coach Jennifer Owens’ 45 (2001)... The .667 slugging percentage she posted shattered Carey’s single-season record of .557...Tallied 111 total bases, which broke Carey’s single-season record of 103...Her biggest game of the season came in the Sun Belt Conference Championship Tournament when she belted three homeruns and drove in five in a 12-9 15 inning upset victory over Florida Atlantic...Six times during the season she picked up three hits in a ballgame. 10 of her 14 homeruns came in conference play.

Prior to FIU: A multi-sport athlete in high school, played volleyball, basketball and softball all four years...Four-time all-conference honoree in softball...At Daytona Beach CC, earned Player of the Year honors as well as Best Defensive Player...Named to the 2006 Florida Community College Activities Association (FCCAA) and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region VII All-Tournament team.  Personal: Born February 8, 1986...Daughter of Jeannie and Felix White III...Has two brothers, Felix (25) and Jason (24)...
