2018-19 (Junior): Participated at the C-USA Championships (2/27), registered an eighth-place finish in the 200 Free (1:52.42) and 22nd in both the 100 Free (52.81) and the 500 Free (5:07.74)...Swam the last leg of the 800 Free Relay that placed second at the conference championship (7:17.34)...Opened up the season against Miami (9/29) and picked up fourth-place finishes in th both the 100 Free (53.78)and 200 Free (1:54.53)...Against IRSC (11/2) she placed second in the 500 Free (5:08.55) and fourth in the 200 Free (1:56.01)...Registered a third-place finish at the TYR Fall Classic (10/5) in the 200 Free (1:53.50)...Picked up a win against CCSU (1/12) after tapping in at 1:56.81 in the 200 Free and placed third in the 1000 Free (11:06.75)...Was victorious in the 200 Free against FGCU (1/26) when she clocked in at 1:57...Was named to the 2018-19 C-USA Academic Honor Roll.
2017-18 (Sophomore): Achieved a career best time in the 500 Free at the conference championships (2/22), tapped in at number eight with a time of 4:51.90...Swam the third leg of the 800 Free Relay that received a gold medal at the conference championships (2/22) with a time of 7:08.64...Placed in the top-ten several times against Miami (9/21), took fourth in the 500 Free (5:16.70), sixth ) in the 100 Free (54.49), and seventh in the 200 Free (1:57.40)...Was victorious in the 200 Free (1:55.95) against UNF/GS (10/7) and again in the 500 Free (5:11.41) at the same meet...lead of the winning 400 Free Relay against UNF/GS with a score of 3:36.94...Recorded two top-10 finishes against Nova (1/20)...Achieved a third-place finish against CCSU (1/11) in the 1000 Free event with a time of 10:46.39...Was named to the 2017-18 C-USA Academic Honor Roll.
2016-17 (Freshman): Appeared in 13 meets for the Panthers… At the Conference USA (2/22/17), she won Gold at the 800 Freestyle Relay with a personal best split of 1.46, fourth in the 200 Freestyle (1:47.88), fourth a personal best in the 500 Freestyle (4:56.47) and 10th in the 100 Freestyle (50.99)… At the Louisville Mid-Season meet (11/18/17), she placed fifth in the 200 Freestyle (1:49.50) and eight in the 500 Freestyle (4:56.47)… At the FIU Sprint (1/6/17), Triola placed first in the 200 Freestyle (1:54.52) and second in the 100 Freestyle (53.71)…She placed second in the 200 Freestyle (1:54.70) against FAU (2/2/17) and third (1:55.06) in against FGCU (1/28/17)… Dean’s List recipient.
Prior to FIU: Swam for Coach Segri Garcia for CN Mataro (club team)…Appeared in the Spanish junior championships in each of the last four years, including last year where she posted career-best times in the 50-meter free (26.91 - scm), the 100-meter free (56.94 - scm), the 200-meter free (2.00:33 - scm) and the 400-meter free (4.15.25 - scm)…During the 2013-14 season, posted a top short course time in the 1500-meter free (16:48.97) as well as top times in the 200-meter free (2:04.37 – lcm), the 400-meter free (4:18.51 – lcm), the 800-meter free (8:58.61 – lcm) and the 1500-meter free (17:09.29 – lcm), finishing second in all five events…Appeared in the 2013 European Junior Championships in Poznan, Poland, finishing sixth in the 4x100 freestyle relay. As the anchor leg of the relay (57.98), helped Spain to a time of 3:51.72.
