2017-18 (Senior): Posted a 8-12 record in singles action… Gave the Panthers a 2-0 lead with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Charlotte’s Zoe Radojicic (4/20)…Tallied a 9-5 mark in doubles play with partner Sandra Bozinovic...The duo posted a 4-1 record in the No. 3 spot…Clinched the doubles point against USF (4/13)…On Senior Day Markovic/Bozinovic defeated FAU's Marisa Ruiz and Natalia Boltinskaya, 6-1 to help shutout the Owls…Named to the 2016-17 Academic Honor Roll...Recognized on the 2017-18 Commissioner's Academic Medal List
 
2016-17 (Junior): Earned Second-Team All-C-USA honors…Registered a 18-5 record with a 10-4 mark at No.3 position in dual matches… Recorded 13 of her 18 overall wins in straight sets… Began the season with a seven-match winning streak (09/23 to 10/21)… Went 2-0 in C-USA action with wins over FAU's Ana Gutierrez (6-1, 6-2) and Middle Tennessee's Lidia Burrows (6-2, 6-4)…Earned a 19-8 record in doubles and a 13-4 record during the season…Named to the 2016-17 Academic Honor Roll.

2015-16 (Sophomore): Competed in one tournament during the Fall, the USTA/ITA Texas Regional Championships…Fell in the round 64 in doubles along with Despoina Vogasari, and lost her Round of 128 in single match…Had a total record of 8-10 in single matches…Obtained a 3-7 in doubles play.

2014-15 (Freshman): Joined the Houston tennis team at the start of Spring and immediately became a great contributor of the team that advanced to the NCAA Tournament and set a school record with 18 straight wins…Had a record of 14-8 in singles play...Won an important point in the America Championship semifinal victory over No. 73 SMU player Vaszilisza Bulgakova...Mina’s doubles match record during the season was 8-11...Earned the American Championship quarterfinal match over UConn. 

Prior College: Ranked as high as 128 in the ITF Junior ranking...Grabbed her first ITF Junior title in her hometown of Belgrade, Serbia at the age of 15 years old...Travelled worldwide and had a record of 63 International Junior wins (singles and doubles combined) in 16 different countries.

Personal: Parents- Milo Markovic and Maja Markovic...Sister, Milena Markovic that used to play tennis and a brother, Vanja Markovic...Was born in Belgrade, Serbia…Majoring in hospitality management...Enjoys going to the beach, shopping and watching TV shows in her free time.
