2019 (SENIOR): Appeared in all 13 games, making eight starts at wide receiver… Earned 647 yards receiving on 50 catches and four scores… Ranked second on the team for all three categories... Finished with over 80 yards receiving in five games and caught at least six passes in five games… Posted 103 yards on seven catches and a score against UMass (10/5/19)… Caught six passes for 82 yards and a score in the win over Miami (11/23/19)… Posted career highs in catches (9) and yards (107) against Marshall (11/30/19), while also earning his fourth touchdown of the season in the game.
 
2018 (JUNIOR): Appeared in all 13 games, making five starts at receiver… Gaiter hauled in 24 receptions for a total of 227 receiving yards, while scoring two receiving touchdowns… His reception and receiving yard totals ranked sixth on the team, while his receiving touchdowns ranked fourth…Gaiter recorded at least one reception in 10 of the 13 games he played in, including six-consecutive games to start the season… Gaiter was instrumental in a home-win versus Conference USA opponent Middle Tennessee, catching a crucial 2-point conversion with 3:55 left in the game to give the Panthers a three-point lead…  He also helped FIU earn a victory against Toledo in the Makers Wanted Bahamas Bowl (12/21)… Gaiter reeled in a huge catch to execute a fourth-down conversion with 2:40 left to play in the game, which extended the FIU drive and led to a bowl-clinching touchdown… He recorded four catches for 52 yards in the game with a score.

2017 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 13 games for the Panthers at wide receiver, starting six times for FIU... Caught 34 passes for 314 yards and one touchdown... Returned seven punts for 43 yards with a long of 16 yards... Recorded one kickoff for 18 yards... Totaled 375 all-purpose yards.
