2019 (REDSHIRT SENIOR): Appeared in nine games before suffering a season-ending injury against ODU (11/2/19)… Earned nearly 300 yards receiving in his second year at wide receiver, while hauling in 25 catches and one touchdown… Earned 187 punt return yards as well for an 18.7 average, which would top C-USA if not for the league-minimum average requirements… Alexander racked up 140 yards in punt returns against UMass (10/5/19), while reeling off a long of 90 for a score against the Minutemen… The 140-yard game against UMass earned Alexander C-USA Special Teams POW honors, while the 90-yard return was the longest of the season in the FBS and ranked as the longest in FIU history since T.Y. Hilton’s 97-yard return in 2011… He posted his best receiving performance of the year against Middle Tennessee (10/19/19), after catching five passes for 87 yards and his lone touchdown of the year.

2018 (REDSHIRT JUNIOR): Appeared in all 13 games for the Panthers, making nine starts… Logged his first season at the wide receiver position after making the switch from quarterback…  Finished first on the team in receptions (40), second in receiving touchdowns (5), and third in receiving yards (474)… His five receiving touchdowns ranked 13th in the C-USA… Alexander became the first Panther in school history to earn a receiving touchdown and punt return score in the same game after logging the feat against UMass (9/15)… Named to Paul Hornung Award Weekly Honor Roll after his game against UMass (9/15)… Had five receptions, 144 yards, and one touchdown in a home win versus Arkansas Pine Bluff (9/29)… His 76 yard touchdown reception was the longest reception by any Panther in 2018… Led the team in punt return yards (219), which was also the most by any C-USA player… Recorded the second-highest punt return average (14.6) of any C-USA player with at least three punt returns on the season, and ranked fifth in the FBS… Recorded 136 punt return yards against UMASS (9/15) and scored a touchdown on a 69-yard punt return, the longest of the Panthers season… His punt return touchdown was tied for the most in C-USA and ranked sixth nationally… Alexander earned C-USA All-Conference First Team honors for his special team efforts as a punt returner. 
2017 (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE): Appeared in eight games for the Panthers as a quarterback... Started in the Gasparilla Bowl against Temple, filling in for injured Alex McGough... Threw for 162 yards on 16-of-33 passing against the Owls... Completed 18-of-39 passes (48.8 percent) for 174 yards... Also rushed for 11 yards on 22 rushes. 

2016 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Appeared in eight games, starting in four, for the Panthers at quarterback…Completed 51-of-87 passes (58.6 percent) for 613 yards and two touchdowns…Also rushed for 109 yards on 55 carries, including one rushing touchdown…Recorded second passing touchdown of the season with a 36-yard completion to tight end Jonnu Smith at Old Dominion (11/26)…Finished the game with 53 yards passing, making his fourth start of the season…Notched a career-best 204 yards passing versus Marshall (11/19)…Completed 14-of-20 passes versus the Thundering Herd in his third start of the season...Got his second career start at WKU (11/5)…Threw for 129 yards on 14-of-23 passing versus the Hilltoppers…Also rushed for a career-best 62 yards on 11 carries, including two-yard rushing touchdown...Came in off the bench briefly in relief of Alex McGough against Middle Tennessee (10/29)...Rushed for eight yards on four carries against the Blue Raiders...Saw time briefly on Homecoming against Louisiana Tech (10/22)...Threw for 50 yards on 4-of-5 passing...Earned his first career start against UCF (9/24)...Threw for 41 yards on 6-of-14 passing...Also rushed for 15 yards on 12 carries...Saw time off the bench for FIU vs. Maryland (9/9)...Threw for 131 yards on 9-of-18 passing and one touchdown against the Terrapins...Also rushed for 30 yards on nine carries...Made the first appearance of his collegiate career against Indiana (9/1)...Completed one pass on one attempt for five yards against the Hoosiers.

PREP CAREER: TECO Dade County Player of the Year in 2015...Class 4A First-Team All-State...Named First-Team All-Dade County…Named Booker T. Washington Offensive MVP...Led Booker T. Washington to a perfect 15-0 record and the state championship…Completed perfect season, throwing for 3,060 yards and 32 touchdowns…Also ran for 466 yards and seven touchdowns…Guided the Tornadoes to a thrilling 34-28 overtime win over No. 8 Bingham (Utah) in the inaugural Burger King State Champions Bowl Series… As a junior threw for 2,111 yards and 26 touchdowns, which earned him Second-Team All-Miami Dade County selection…2014 Team MVP…Coached by former Tornadoes head coach and current FIU running backs coach Tim Harris, Jr...Participated in the Ron Turner Football Camp in Miami.
