HIGH SCHOOL: Starred at Oakleaf High School in Jacksonville, Fla. for all four years... Played in a total of 104 games while attending Oakleaf High and averaged 15.7 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.4 steals, and 2.2 blocks... In her senior year, James averaged a career best 18.8 points per game to go along with 6.3 rebounds each game... Averaged a career high 3.1 steals per game in her senior year... In her freshman year, James averaged a career best 7.9 rebounds per game while contributing 10.5 points per game... Her scoring average improved by five points from her freshman to sophomore season averaging 15.7 points per game in her second year at Oakleaf... Also averaged a career high 3.1 blocks per game during her sophomore season...
