Biography

Senior Year (2014-15):
- Played in all 33 games, making 27 starts, averaging 4.3 points and 3.1 rebounds.
- Scored in double-figures for the second time in two games, netting 14 points while chipping in four rebound and scoring a go-ahead three-point play in the closing moments against UAB (3/7).
- Scored a career-high 15 points at WKU (2/28), while matching a career-best in field goals (5) and three-pointers made (3).
- Logged a career-high 35 minutes in the win against Rice (2/19) while tallying a then season-high 11 points.
- Scored eight points in 13 minutes of action at Southern Miss (2/12/15).
- Chipped in seven points to go along with four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal versus Florida Atlantic (2/3).
- Played 29 minutes at Charlotte (1/31), scoring four points while grabbing six rebounds, tallying one assist, steal and block.
- Had one of his best outings of the season vs. Marshall, logging then season-highs in points (9) and rebounds (7) while matching his career high in field goals made in 31 minutes of action.
- Recorded a career-high three steals in 17 minutes of action at Middle Tennessee (1/8).
- Tallied a then-season-high eight points along with two rebounds, one assist and one steal at Hartford (12/21).
- Scored seven points in 12 minutes of action to go along with two steals, one rebound and assist at LIU Brooklyn (12/18).
- Matched his season-high in points with a seven-tally effort in the victory over Kennesaw State (12/2).
- Scored a season-high seven points vs. Florida Memorial (11/21).
- Tallied five points and grabbed five rebounds in his first career game in an FIU uniform vs. Florida College (11/14/14).

Junior Year (at Long Beach State) (2013-14):
- Appeared in all 32 games, making four starts and averaging 15.3 minutes per game.
- Averaged 3.3 points, 2.2 rebounds and 0.7 assists per contest.
- Tallied a career-high 13 points at Missouri (1/4) to go along with a career-best five made free throws. 
- Scored seven points in back-to-back at UC Davis (2/20) and vs. Hawai’i (2/27).
 
Redshirt Sophomore Year (at Long Beach State) (2012-13):
-Played in 31 games, averaging 15.0 minutes per game
- Started 10 games
- Averaged 3.9 points, 2.5 rebounds, 0.3 steals, and 0.3 assists per game, while making 39.2 percent of field goal attempts, 36.2 percent of 3-pointers and 60.0 percent of free throws
- Led team in rebounds in wins over North Alabama and Loyola Marymount
-Scored in double figures 4 times during the season including a double-double at Loyola Marymount with 12 points and 10 rebounds
- Recorded a season and career-high 13 points in first round NIT game at Baylor.
 
Sophomore Season (at Long Beach State) (2011-12):
- Redshirt season.
 
Freshman Season (at Independence CC):
- Averaged 10.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals per game while leading team to a 23-9 record
- Made 41.8 percent (110-of-263) of field goal attempts, while converting on 33 percent (38-of-115) of 3-pointers
- Scored in double figures in 17 of 31 games with two double-doubles, including a career-high 31 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in 113-100 win over Allen County
- Increased scoring average over last 13 games to 13.5 points per game, including a pair of 20-point games

- A three-year letterman in high school, the first two years at Skyline High School and his senior year at James Madison High School in Dallas, Texas
- Named first-team all-state and first-team all-league as a senior after averaging 14 points, 11 rebounds and two assists per game
- As a junior, claimed third-team all-state and first-team all-league recognition after averaging 11 points, 10 rebounds and three assists per game
- As a sophomore, named honorable mention all-conference after averaging nine points, six rebounds and three assists per game
- Served as team captain during sophomore season
- Named a THSCA All-Star, a TABC All-Star and earned player of the week honors three times
- A member of the National Honor Society
