Bailey Edwards was named the Director of Men's Basketball Operations on Joey Cantens' staff ahead of the 2026-27 season. She comes to Miami by way of Providence, where she spent the last three seasons on the Friars' staff as an administrative assistant.
In her role, she provided secretarial and administrative support to the men’s basketball program. She also assisted with preparation for recruiting visits, team travel and practice logistics. Â
Before Providence, Edwards worked at George Mason as the recruiting and operations assistant for the men’s basketball team from September 2021 to August 2023. She also served as a trainer with Evolution Basketball from July 2021 to August 2023.
Edwards graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2020. She also earned a master’s degree in sports management from George Mason University in 2023.
