Named CUSA Outdoor Freshman of the Week after a fifth-place finish and fourth-place spot in the record books with a 53.89m discus throw at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational... Competed in both the discus and shot put at CUSA Outdoors, where he placed 10th in the former.
