2019 (SOPHOMORE at Indian River State College)- Appeared in 12 games... Recorded 17 hits in 37 at-bats (.459) including five doubles... Posted a .474 on-base percentage and a .595 slugging percentage... Scored three runs in had seven RBI... Helped her team win the conference title and reach the state semi-finals.

2018 (FRESHMAN at Indian River State College)- Appeared in 54 games... Recorded 43 hits in 130 at-bats (.331) with 10 doubles, a triple, and a home run... Posted a .420 on-base percentage and a .446 slugging percentage... Scored 18 runs and had 29 RBI... helped her team win the conference title and reach the semi-finals.

PREP: Played four years of varsity softball at Westminster Christian School in Miami... Earned All-Dade County honors all four years... All-State First Team selection in her senior season and an All-State Honorable Mention as a junior... As a freshman in 2014, led Miami Dade County with a .733 batting average... Part of three District Champion teams from 2015-17... FHSAA 3A State Champion in 2017.

PERSONAL: Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico... Daughter of Hector Otero and Lizette Garcia... Has a younger brother, Christian... Father has been a Major League Baseball scout for over 25 years... Won a bronze medal with the Jr. Puerto Rico National Team in the 2017 JR Women's World Championships... Has played with the Puerto Rico National Softball Team in the 2018 Team USA International Cup, 2019 Team USA International Cup, Canadian Cup, Panamerican Games, and the Olympic Qualifiers across the last two years.
