Prior to FIU: Played 62 games for Southern Nevada College as a freshman at the catcher position...Hit a robust .517 in 178 at bats with a team-best 97 RBI...Led the team in homeruns with 25 and crossed the plate 58 times...Earned NJCAA Region XVIII All-Region First Team and NJCAA Second Team All-American status...Maintained a 3.6 GPA during the fall and received the Coyote Academic Achievement Award.

High School: Graduated from Alta Loma High School where she lettered all four years in softball...Made an immediate impact on her high school team, winning the school's Rookie of the Year Award while being an All-League Honorable Mention and 2007 San Dimas All-Tournament Team member...Was a member of the Cal Lite Travel Team and placed in the top 25 at the ASA National Tournament...Was recruited by Colgate University out of high school.

Personal: Born June 27, 1992...Daughter of Anthony and Carrie Woodward...Has two siblings, Vanessa and Aaron...Intends to major in nursing with aspirations of working in the medical field after college.
