2016 (Senior)  – Played in 53 of the 56 season games, making 52 starts... Finished with 201 career starts and 207 career games played... Split time behind the plate (34 games) and the designated player spot (17 games) with a pair of starts at first base... Batted .315 as the catcher, with eight doubles and a pair of home runs, scoring 10 runs... Started more games as DP (15) than any other player... Finished the season with a nine game hitting streak, third longest on the team for the season, and the longest active streak on the squad... Ended regular season tying her career high with three hits against Middle Tennessee on Senior Day, 5/8... Scored season highs of two runs and collected season high of two RBI twice during the season... Batted .356 in conference games... Posted 16 RBI to become eighth player in team history with 100 career runs driven in... Hit both of season home runs in the opening month of the year... Threw out 13 would-be base stealers...

2015 (Junior)  – The backstop when the Panthers went up against the No. 3 Alabama Crimson Tide... Was the first catcher to nail Alabama’s Haylie McCleney during the 2015 season (six attempts)... Hit first homer of her junior campaign versus Memphis, a two-out shot that put the Panthers ahead for good...Matched her career-high with two doubles versus Wichita State, as part of a two-RBI performance for the Panther catcher....Went 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in a career-high tying four RBI versus UMass Lowell, 3/17... Drove in two runs off a 2-for-4 performance, which included a home run of the first pitch she was dealt in the fourth inning...Belted her final home run of the season during the team's last series on the first pitch she saw from Charlotte's Lexi Betancourt...Picked up her 94th career RBI on 5/3 at Charlotte to move into sixth all-time.

2014 (Sophomore) – Was one of two Panthers to start all 53 games… Drove in three runs against Georgia Southern and four runs against UCF… The four runs against the Knights was part of a 2-for-4 performance, and the fourth game in less than 24 hours for the Panthers… Finished tied for second on the team in RBI (34), fifth on the team in batting average (.243), fourth in slugging percentage (.364) and tied for fourth on the squad in home runs (3)… Threw out 13 runners trying to steal.

2013 (Freshman) - Appeared in 54 games, starting 53… Posted a batting average of .247 (40-for-162) with five home runs and team-leading 37 RBI… First career at-bat was a two-run home run against Kansas on 2/8… Her 60 total bases were tied for second-best on the team… Recorded a triple on 2/16 against UConn in a 3-2 victory… Drew a team-low five walks… Led all Panthers with four sacrifice flies… Was a perfect 3-for-3 in stolen bases-attempts… Defensively, registered a .988 fielding percentage (279 putouts, four errors)… Blasted a pinch-hit solo home run at Florida State on 3/12… Hit a perfect 3-for-3 in a 6-3 victory over North Florida on 2/13… Hit a grand slam on 4/7 against the ULM Warhawks in an 11-3 victory… On 3/16 against Middle Tennessee, went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI… Finished first on the team with eight multi-RBI games… Posted longest hitting streak of any FIU Panther (seven games) from 3/3 - 3/10… Behind the dish, threw out 20 of 63 possible base stealers (31.7%)… In opening round of Sun Belt Conference Tournament game, went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs scored against Louisiana.

High School: Attended Deltona High School in Deltona, FL, where she was named First-Team all four years and earned 2012 Player of the Year honors… Posted batting averages of .465 (Fr.), .455 (So.), .421 (Jr.), and .565 (Sr.)… Was part of a three-time District Championship team (’08, ’09, ’12)…Amateur career includes Tampa Mustangs Bell (AAU), finishing in third place in Colorado and sixth place in California.

Personal: Born December 15, in Puerto Rico… Daughter of Juan Enrique Lopez and Flor Angie Sanchez… Has two siblings, Jack and Johnnie Lee… Brother, Jack, plays for Kansas City Royals’ Single-A farm team… Father, Juan, played at Double-A and Triple-A level for Houston Astros organization... Graduated in May, 2016 with a degree in criminal justice…
