Biography

Freshman – 2013: Appeared in 15 games… Scored a run at Louisiana-Monroe on 4/7 in an 11-3 victory… Drew a walk in lone plate appearance against Middle Tennessee (3/17).

High School: Attended G. Holmes Braddock Sr. High in Miami… Played for softball and volleyball teams… During her senior year, hit .382 with 20 runs scored and 12 stolen bases… Extracurricular activities included flag football and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) during the 2009-10 academic year… Finished in top 4 in state competition (2010, 2011) with the Braddock Bulldogs softball team… Named Third-Team All-Dade (2012), Honorable Mention (2011)… Two-year Letterman… AAU career highlighted by LadyCanes (2010, 2011) and Lady Nights (2011, 2012).

Personal: Born in Miami, Florida… Daughter of Yelitza Febres… Studying Criminology… Plans to enter the police academy and become a cop with aspirations to someday become a detective… Enjoys playing the piano and doing Tae Kwon Do.
