Biography

High School: Earned four letters in softball and one in swimming at Jefferson High School...Achieved All-Hillsborough County Team status as a senior after hitting .467 with three homers and 22 RBI...Went 7-2 in the circle as a senior with a 1.02 ERA to go along with 66 strikeouts...Voted team MVP during her junior season...Was a National Honor Society member with a 4.0 GPA...Played for the Tampa Mustangs, winning the 2009 ASA Southern National Championship.

Personal: Born March 12, 1993...Daughter of Miguel and Cynthia Baluja...Has three siblings; Miguel, Julian and the late Carla Baluja...Enjoys spending time with family and bike riding in her spare time...Received interest from Florida Atlantic, Southern Illinois and Michigan State.
