2020 (SENIOR): Played in 13 games while starting in 11 during her final season at FIU… Jones posted a .200 batting average… Collected four runs and four hits… In defense, the senior had a .970 fielding percentage with eight putouts and 24 assists… Her 24 assists ranked second on the team... Season was cut short after 17 games due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (JUNIOR): Appeared in 48 games, starting in 47...Batted a .174 average with 16 hits, 15 runs (tied for fourth most on the team) and nine RBIs...Also collected a double and a homerun...The homerun at Middle Tennessee (3/23/19) marked her first collegiate long shot of her career...Had a team-leading six SAC bunts...At third base, the junior owns 56 putouts and 63 assists (ranks second on the team)...Sports a .960 fielding percentage.

2018 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 33 games, started in 29... Batted to a .203 average with 14 hits and three runs batted in... Tallied three doubles... Scored a total of 11 times... Slugged at a .246 clip... Earned eight walks and was hit by a pitch four times... Totaled an on-base percentage of .321... Swiped one bag... Accumulated 28 total putouts and 33 assists.

2017 (FRESHMAN): Played in 25 games, making seven starts, all in the outfield... Had two outfield assists and 14 putouts, with no errors... First career RBI tied the game, with a sacrifice fly at home against Memphis, 2/11... Also got first career hit later in the game, scoring a run... Got a hit in first pinch-hit appearance, an RBI single against Florida A&M, 2/17... Collected a pair of pinch hits and one walk in a pinch-hitting role... Lone player on FIU perfect in driving in a runner from third base with less that two outs (3-for-3)... Scored runs in two of the three pinch-running opportunities...

PREP: Jackson Prep Rookie of the Year in 2012 and team MVP her other three seasons with the Patriots, earning Second-Team All-State twice and four First-Team All-Conference awards... Batted .400 for her career and only struck out three times in her senior season, with a .495 on-base percentage... Earned the Clarion Ledger’s Top Performer award and an MAIS All-Star Selection... Also a three-year member of the basketball team... National Honor Society and four-year member of the Student Council, serving as a class representative three times and treasurer as a junior... Played eight years with the Mississippi Elite, the New Jersey Intensity for three and the Miami Stingrays after her senior prep season.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Melissa and Daniel Jones... Father played college baseball at Mississippi College... Has a younger sibling, Dakota... Plans to major in biology on a Pre-Med track, with the goal of becoming a doctor.
