Senior -- 2010-11: Team with Jason Oliver, Pedro Bigorra and Sebastian Castillo to finish second in the Distance Medley at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships; earned All-Sun Belt Conference honors for the finish... Posted a 50.17 in the 400m Dash at the SBC Indoor Championships... Ran a 7.82 in the 55m Hurdles at the SBC Championships.

Junior -- 2009-10:  Ran the 800m in 2:07.14 at Jimmy Carnes Invitational (1/31)...ran 1:05.59 in 500 dash at New Balance Invitational (2/6).

Sophomore -- 2008 Indoors: Competed in the sprint hurdles, 400 meters and 4x400 relay... Placed 11th at the Sun Belt Championships with a season-best 55 meter hurdle time of 7.97... Was the third leg of FIU’s 4x4 which placed 13th with a 3:27.13 at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational... Finished 29th among collegians in lone 400 race, crossing the line in 51.11 at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational. 

Prep: Ran four years of track and two years of cross country for Samuel W. Wolfson High School... Named team captain and garnered the Team Leadership Award in 2007... Picked up all-conference accolades in the 4x400 in 2007...  Helped team to a state championship in 2005 and a runner-up performance at states in 2004... District champs all four years, and conference champs from 2004-06... Ran three years for AAU track team Florida Heat Track Club from 2004-06. 

Personal: Born June 4, 1989 in Puerto Rico... Son of Sharon Denise Pender... Has one sister, Latoya Moody (21)... Away from the track, enjoys traveling and listening to music... A pre-dental major with aspirations of becoming an orthodontist after college.
