2022-23 (Grad Student): Was named an All-America Honorable mention … Finished 14th overall in the platform dive at the 2023 NCAA Championships (3/18) … Qualified for the NCAA Championships after taking sixth in the platform at the 2023 NCAA Zone B Championship … Totaled 86 points at the AAC Championships (2/13-2/18), taking fourth in the 1-meter, second in the 3-meter and winning the platform with a meet record 239.75 … Swept both the 1 and 3-meter against FAU (1/28) … Finished first in both the 1 and 3-meter dives against Florida Gulf Coast (1/18) … Swept both the 1-meter and 3-meter at the FIU Sprint Invite (1/3) … Took first in the 1-meter against Marshall (12/16) … Scored 13 points at the Purdue Invitational (11/16-11/18) after taking sixth in the 1-meter dive … Swept all three events against Illinois (11/4-11/5) with first place finishes in the 1-meter, 3-meter and platform … Scored 27 total points against Liberty (10/28-10/29) with first place finishes in the platform 1-meter, 3-meter and platform … Named AAC Dive Athlete of the Week (10/4) for a second time in a row (10/11) … Took first in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives at TYR Fall Classic (10/7-10/8), scoring 40 total points … Named AAC Dive Athlete of the Week (10/4) for the first time … Took third in the 1-meter and 3-meter dives against Miami (10/1), scoring six total points.



2019-2020 (Sophomore): Recognized as the Diver of the Year for the second-straight season...Named a CSCAA All-American...Qualified for the 2020 Olympics with her performance in the 10-meter event at the African Games...Claimed the Best Diver Cup...Also at the African Games, Gouda won gold in the 3-meter mixed synchro and 3-meter women synchro...Attended the Egyptian Nationals Competition where she picked up five gold medals and two silver medals...Won gold in the platform at the C-USA Championships with a score of 311.90, her preliminary score of 332.50 marks as a new school record in the event...Took silver in the 3-meter...Qualified for the NCAA Championships in all three events; platform, 1-meter and 3-meter...Won from the platform event at NCAA Zones Competition (564.14)...Earned four weekly C-USA Diver of the week honors during the season, three of which were earned in consecutive weeks...Set an FIU record at the Purdue Invite when she picked up 356.10 points from the 3-meter...Was tabbed to the First Team All-Conference honors for her platform performance and earned Second Team recognition from the 3-meter...Landed on the C-USA All-Academic team as well. 

2018-19 (Freshman): Claimed the C-USA Diver of the Year award... Represented FIU and Egypt at the Fina Grand Prix in Cairo (6/21), collected two golds a silver medal at the event... Made history when she became the program's youngest All-American..Posting an eighth-place finish (270.55) from the platform at the NCAA Championships...Was the first ever 1-meter qualifier...Was named Diver of the Week four times this season...Picked up gold medals in all three diving events at the conference championships (2/27)... Was named C-USA Diver of the Meet and set a new personal-best from the 3-meter during prelims with a score of 347.8...Picked up 22 top-ten finishes, 12 of those ended in first place...Was named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America Team and was also recognized on the 2018-19 C-USA Academic Honor Roll List. 

Prior to FIU: Represented Egypt in the 2016  Rio Summer Olympics, women’s 10-meter platform after qualifying as a top-18 diver…Finalist in the Nanjing Youth Olympic games in 2014, where she achieved sixth-place… Was the first Egyptian, African female to qualify and compete in the Olympic games and Youth Olympics in the diving platform for Egyptian team…For six years Gouda was crowned the best diver in Egypt…Was a finalist in the World Junior Championship Kazan 2016 in the 1-meter and ranked tenth on the 10-meter final…Received two bronze medals in mixed synchro 10-meter in Singapore, Puerto Rico Grand Prix in 2015…First Egyptian to qualify for semi-finals after receiving 11th place in the World Cup Brazil 2016…Received four gold medals at the Mediterranean Diving Cup Comen 2010 and 2011…Aside from diving, Maha also participated in artistic gymnastics, fencing, swimming and Athletics and ballet while growing up.. She won 80 different medals as an Artistic Gymnastics… Was the Athletics Champion in Alexandria Championship…Won a bronze medal in the fencing national championship.
