Made history when she became the program's youngest All-American..Posting an eighth-place finish (270.55) from the platform at the NCAA Championships...Was the first ever 1-meter qualifier...Was named Diver of the Week four times this season...Picked up gold medals in all three diving events at the conference championships (2/27)... Was named C-USA Diver of the Meet and set a new personal-best from the 3-meter during prelims with a score of 347.8...Picked up 22 top-ten finishes, 12 of those ended in first place...Was named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America Team and was also recognized on the 2018-19 C-USA Academic Honor Roll List.
Prior to FIU: Represented Egypt in the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics, women’s 10-meter platform after qualifying as a top-18 diver…Finalist in the Nanjing Youth Olympic games in 2014, where she achieved sixth-place… Was the first Egyptian, African female to qualify and compete in the Olympic games and Youth Olympics in the diving platform for Egyptian team…For six years Gouda was crowned the best diver in Egypt…Was a finalist in the World Junior Championship Kazan 2016 in the 1-meter and ranked tenth on the 10-meter final…Received two bronze medals in mixed synchro 10-meter in Singapore, Puerto Rico Grand Prix in 2015…First Egyptian to qualify for semi-finals after receiving 11th place in the World Cup Brazil 2016…Received four gold medals at the Mediterranean Diving Cup Comen 2010 and 2011…Aside from diving, Maha also participated in artistic gymnastics, fencing, swimming and Athletics and ballet while growing up.. She won 80 different medals as an Artistic Gymnastics… Was the Athletics Champion in Alexandria Championship…Won a bronze medal in the fencing national championship.
