2018-19 (Junior): Was part of two medaling relays at the C-USA Championships (2/27)...Swam the third leg of the gold medaling 400 Freestyle relay which touched at 3:18.68...Led off the 800 free relay which ended in silver and a time of 7:17.34...Was dominate in the 200 Freestyle event where she did not place outside the top-10, including wins over FGCU/UNF (10/6) and Indian River (11/2)...At the FIU Sprint Invite (1/5) she picked up a career best in the 50 Freestyle with a time of 24.52, and a second-place finish...Against conference foe FAU (2/2) she recorded a third-place finish in the 500 Freestyle event with her time of 5:15.25...Was named to the 2018-19 C-USA Academic Honor Roll list. 
 
2017-18 (Sophomore): Appeared in the C-USA Championship Tournament (2/24) where she placed 5th in the 200 Free, 9th in the 100 Free and 11th in the 500 Free…Recorded Career Bests in the 100 Free, 500 Free, 100 Back, 100 IM and 200 IM… Tallied 14 top-five finishes throughout the season… At Illinois (11/3) she recorded a time of 5:08.77 in the 500 Free for the 5th place ranking…Registered a season best with a time of 2:08.64 and placed 1st during the 200 IM against Georgia Southern (12/14)… At the FIU Sprint Invite (1/5) Bowen placed in the top-five in both the 100 Free and 200 Free…Took home 2nd in both the 100 Free and 200 Free against Nova (1/20)…Placed 4th in the 100 Free and 5th in the 100 IM against FGCU (1/27)…Individually placed 1st against FAU (2/4) in the 500 Free and finished 3rd in the 50 Free…Named to the C-USA Academic Honor Roll. 

2016-17(Freshman): Appeared in 12 meets for the Panthers … Earned two individual medals at the C-USA Championship (2/22-25), placing second in the 500 Freestyle with a time of 4:57.52, and third in the 200 Freestyle 1:47.69 (NCAA B-cut Standard) … Bowen was also part of the Gold medal 800-yards Free Relay at the C-USA Championship … During dual meets, Bowen completed in an array of events, including the 100 Free, 200 Free, 500 Free, 1000 Free, 200 Fly, and 200 IM … In her dual performances, she tallied five first-place and two second-place finishes.

Prior to FIU: Coached by Robin Brew at Mount Kelly in Tavistok, England… Won a gold medal in the 4x100 Free Relay in Brazil at the World School Games as well as a gold medal and British Club Record in the 4x200 Free Relay at British Nationals… Finished ninth at the 2015 British Nationals in the 400 freestyle with a best time of 4:20.68 (LCM) also claimed the 4x100 Free Relay…Had best time of 57.4 and 2:03.2 in the 100 and 200 freestyles (LCM)…Claimed bronze in the Medley Relay during the 2016 British Nationals.
