2019-2020 (Senior): Was recognized with the Winter Spirit of Service Award...Helped lead FIU to its sixth-straight conference title after winning gold medals in the 400 medley and 800 medley relays...Won two individual silver medals in the 100 and 200 breast...Earned bronze in the 200 IM....Her time of 1:00.93 in the 100 breast at the conference championships was a lifetime best and ranks as the third-fastest in school history...Was named First Team All-Conference USA in the 400 medley relay and 800 medley relay, while earning Second Team All-Conference USA laurels for the 100 and 200 breast events and was recognized with Third Team All-Conference USA honors for the 200 IM...Achieved an Olympic trial cut in the 100 breaststroke after her time of 1:10.08...Was named C-USA Swimmer of the Week on Dec. 11.

2018-19 (Junior): Held a leadership position throughout her junior year...Picked up three top-10 finishes at the conference tournament, fourth-place in the 100 and 200 Breaststroke event with times of 1:02.30 and 2:16.36, respectively. Registered a seventh-place finish in the 200 IM with a time of 2:07.72, which also marks as a new career best...Opened up the regular season against Miami (9/29) with a third-place finish in the 1000 Free (10:41.91), a new personal best, and a fourth-place finish in the 100 Breast (2:10.71)...At the FIU Invite (1/5) she recorded a second-place finish in the 50 Breast (31.20) and a ninth-place finish in the 100 Free (56.22)...Against conference foe FAU (2/2) she tallied a career best in the 200 Free when she tapped at 1:58.38...Picked up a win against CCSU (1/12) in the 200 Breast event (2:24.13)...Recorded 20 top-10 finished throughout the season...Was named to the 2018-19 Academic Honor Roll list.

2017-18 (Sophomore):
Registered 30 Top-10 finishes on the season…At C-USA Championships (2/22), she earned a career best in the 200 Breast (2:16.13) finished ninth, additionally she competed in the 100 Breast placed seventh (1:02.53) and in the 400 IM placed sixth (4:23.11)… Opened up the season tallying a pair of second place finishes against Miami (9/27) in the 100 and 200 Breast with times of 1:04.65 and 2:20.37 respectfully… At the FIU Fall Classic (10/07) she recorded a first-place finish in the 100 Breast (1:04.78)…At Denver (10/28), she obtained another career best time in the 1000 Free with a time (10:42.43)…Against Georgia Southern (12/14), picked up a pair of personal records in the 200 Free (1:58.73)  and 500 Free (5:11.52)…Grabenhorst placed 6th or better against all C-USA opponents throughout the season…Named to C-USA Academic Honor Roll award list. 

2016-17 (Freshman): Appeared in 13 meets for the Panthers… Grabenhorst concluded her first collegiate season with a fourth-place finish in the 100 Breaststroke (1:02.05) at the Conference USA Championship... Setting two personal records, she was a finalist in the 200 Breaststroke (2:26.25) and placed ninth in the 200 IM (2:16.25)… At the Louisville mid-season invite, she placed ninth in prelims (4:28.93)… In dual meets, Grabenhorst placed in the top-three spots 14 times, setting personal records in the 100 IM (1.00.10 – 1/6/17), 100 Back (1.05.68 – 2/2/17), and 50 back (29.04 – 1/6/17)… She excelled in the classroom being named to Dean’s List ( 3.5 GPA or better).

Prior to FIU: Coached by Elise Catron at Timber Creek High School…A four-year letter winner with the Wolves…Named team MVP in both her junior and senior years…Also swam with the Blue Dolfins Swim Team from 2013-16….Posted lifetime best times in both the 100 breaststroke at 1:04.61 placing fourth at the State Championships and went 2:07.50 in the 200 IM during her senior year…A four-time member of the honor roll.
 
Personal: Parents – Marc and Pamela Grabenhorst…Siblings – Bailey Ardinn, Harper and Hudson…Born in Orlando, Florida…Majoring in nursing…Plans on becoming a nurse (anesthetist) after college…Enjoys surfing and going to the beach.Sister Bailey is a swimmer at Florida Atlantic.
