2018-2019 (Senior): Began the indoor campaign with a sixth place finish at the UAB Blazer Invite in the weight throw...followed that up the next day with a victory in the weight throw in the UAB Vulcan Invite with a mark of 19.14m...earned a seventh place finish in the weight throw at the IU Relays...placed first in the weight throw at the SPIRE Division I Classic, with a mark of 19.38m...set a massive PR in the weight throw at the Conference USA Indoor Championships to win her first gold medal at conference, throwing 20.76m for the win...also earned points in the shotput placing seventh...began her final outdoor season with a nationally ranked throw in the discus at the Miami Hurricane Invitational, with a mark of 53.44m to take the victory...earned wins in the hammer and discus at the UCF Knights Invite, throwing 60.26m in the hammer and 53.37m in the discus...earned an eighth place finish in the hammer at the prestigious Florida Relays...set a personal best in the hammer at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational, winning the event with a throw of 62.55m, while also taking second in the discus at 56.06m...set a PR in the discus the following meet at the UVA Grand Prix, completing the regular season with a victory in the event with a throw of 58.49m...also placed fourth in the shotput and eighth in the hammer at UVA...scored in the shotput at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships, placing fifth...

2016-17 (Sophomore): Competed in 13 meets on the year... Recorded a personal best and finished third in the weight throw (18.22m) during the indoor season debut at the Clemson Invitational (1/7)… Finished fifth and marked an indoor personal best in the shot put (14.83m) at the Conference USA Indoor Championship (2/18)… At the Hurricane Invitational (3/18), Russell, finished second and third in the hammer (53.81m) and the shot put (13.39m), respectively… Finished second in the discus (46.15m) at the USF Invitational (4/21)… Recorded a personal best and finished fourth in the hammer (55.50m) at the C-USA Outdoor Championship (5/11)… Qualified to the NCAA East Region and finished 18th  in the discus with a mark of 50.67m.  

2015-16 (Freshman): Competed in 12 meets on the year... Finished fourth and recorded an indoor personal best in the shot put (13.58m) at the GVSU Invitational (2/13)… Marked a personal best in the weight throw (16.51m) at the Conference USA Indoor Championship (2/24)... Finished first in the shot put (12.40m) at the Cal State-LA Invitational (4/14)… Finished second and marked a personal best in the discus (47.06m) at the C-USA Outdoor Championship (5/12)… Marked a second personal best at the C-USA Outdoor Championship in the hammer (44/92).
