Corey Brooks was named Assistant Director of Broadcasting and Digital Media in August of 2026. In this role, Corey will continue to serve as one of the main voices of FIU Athletics having been "on the call" for FIU since 2020. Alongside broadcasting duties, Corey collaborates with social media, sales, and marketing to further FIU's Relentless Pursuit and tell the stories of our amazing athletes.Â
Before coming to FIU, Corey spent five years working for a sports network in North Dakota broadcasting everything from football to a truck pull.
Growing up in Pembroke Pines, Corey has always and will always call South Florida home.
