Reynolds serves as Head Equipment Manager for Athletics Facilities & Operations at FIU, overseeing all intercollegiate sports at FIU with the exception of football. He has held his current position since June of 2018 and at 22-years-old he was one of the youngest head equipment managers ever at FIU.
Reynolds is also the primary Adidas contact at FIU, as he works alongside the company for ordering and designing clothing and new uniforms for the Panthers. In addition to his responsibilities at FIU, Reynolds has also worked as a liaison to Real Madrid, Napoli and Manchester City when the teams visit to use FIU's facilities for practice.
Prior to joining FIU, Reynolds worked at Florida State as a senior student equipment manager for the football team from 2015-18. While at FSU, Reynolds aided the needs of the offense and was a part of two New Year's Six bowl games with the Seminoles.
A native of Valdosta, Georgia, Reynolds earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from FSU in 2017, while also obtaining a Minor in Business. Reynolds is working on his Master's Degree in Recreation and Sport Management at FIU in addition to his full-time role.
