Homecoming game day is almost here! On
Saturday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. at FIU Stadium our Panthers take on the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs. To purchase tickets for the game, please click

Leading up to the big game, there will be a full lineup of
events that will allow our FIU community to showcase our Panther pride. As a result, there will be parking lot and street closures at MMC.

Here is some information to help you plan:

Tailgating
Tailgating lots open at
8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22.
Â

Parking Lot Closures
Parking lot closures will begin Friday morning. All vehicles must be removed by the times below:
Â
- 8 a.m., Friday, Oct. 21
Lot 24 – the small lot between Lot 6 and the stadium
Â
- 8 p.m1
Lot 6 – east of the stadium
Lot 9 – east of Panther Garage
Lot 7 – west of the stadium
Art students, faculty and staff will be allowed to use the west side of Lot 7.

Vehicles may be moved to the Blue and Gold garages prior to the times above. Any vehicles remaining in these lots after the noted removal times will be relocated at the owners' expense to Lot 3, located east of the Gold Garage. For a campus map, please click

Street Closures
Starting at
noon, Saturday, Oct. 22, the following streets will close to traffic:
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Southwest 17th Street from the Wertheim Performing Arts Center to the baseball stadium.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The section of East Campus Circle/Southwest 113th Avenue between Lot 8, north of Parkview Hall, and the football stadium.

Please also expect expansion of the Southwest 17
th Street closure from Southwest 16
th Street to Southwest 116
