The Panthers controlled the majority of the game, tallying 14 shots while allowing just three to the Owls. Corner kicks were limited on both sides, as FIU had a total of three, while FAU got just one, which happened late in the contest. In a very physical match, there were 32 total fouls and eight cautions.

Albrecht One Point Shy of Cracking Top 10Albrecht enters Sunday's contest with 64 career points in an FIU uniform, which ranks him 11th in program history. With one more point, Albrecht will be a top 10 scorer in program history. Albrecht is also eighth in program history in goals scored with 27.
