@FIUVolleyball Will Host Final Two Games of the Season, Friday and Sunday

MIAMI (November 4, 2015) – The FIU volleyball team (13-10, 7-5 in C-USA) will host their final two matches of the season on Lime Court at FIU Arena. The Panthers are coming off their first conference loss at home this season and look to rebound against the C-USA's most fearsome team.
 
Last time out: Last Sunday, the Panthers fell to the Roadrunners of UTSA 3-1 (17-25, 27-25, 9-25, 17-25). The effort was led by junior Katie Hogan with nine kills and an ace, and senior Adriana McLamb with 13 digs.
 
Scouting (No.22) WKU: The Hilltoppers (24-3, 11-1 in C-USA) are coming off a split weekend, receiving their first conference loss against Rice on Saturday, and defeating UTEP on Sunday. WKU is currently ranked No.22 in the nation and are the only team in Conference USA to have already clinched a spot in the conference tournament later this month. FIU will face them on Friday at 1 p.m.
 
Scouting North Texas: The Mean Green currently have a 16-11 record (8-4 in C-USA). They are tied with Rice for the third spot in the conference. North Texas is coming off of victories from UTEP and Southern Miss this past weekend. They will travel to Boca Raton to take on the Owls of FAU on Friday, before facing off against FIU on Sunday.
 
This Sunday, Nov. 8 will be the Panthers Senior Night. FIU will be honoring four seniors: Jovanna Santamaria, Adriana McLamb, Gloria Levorin, and Lucia Castro. First serve is set for 1 p.m. Fans are encourage to arrive earlier to enjoy the festivities involving Senior Night at FIU.
