MURFREESBORO, Tennessee (Nov. 16, 2019) – The FIU volleyball team faced Middle Tennessee in its regular-season finale on Saturday. The Panthers fell to the Blue Raiders 25-20, 22-25, 17-25, 26-24, 15-7 in their final Conference USA match of the season,

With the loss, FIU falls to 10-16 for the year and 3-11 in league play. MT moves to 13-16 overall and 6-8 against C-USA opponents.

Sidney Henderson posted a double-double in her final collegiate match, recording 12 kills and 11 digs. Gina Lipscomb also tallied 12 kills and logged 11 digs. Abbie Hughes notched 47 assists and 11 digs. The sophomore setter now has over 2,000 assists in her career at FIU.
