BROWN UNIVERSITY PREVIEW
The Bears are 5-6 on the season after earning a 55-48 victory over Fairfield on Sunday.
INSIDE THE SERIES
FIU leads 2-0 in the all-time series against the Bears. The Panthers and Bears last met on Jan. 3, 1997 in Miami. FIU won 86-54 at home against Brown.
JISELLE ON THE COURT
Jiselle Thomas has posted seven games with double-digit points. Of those seven games, three have been 20 or more point games. The Norwalk, Ohio native leads the team in points (12.1), free throws (4.5) and steals (0.9) while ranking second and third in assists (1.7) and rebounds per game (2.5). Thomas was named to the FIU Thanksgiving Classic All-Tournament team after averaging 12.0 ppg to close out the month of November.

After this weekend's game, FIU will open Conference USA play in Texas for a two-game road series. The Panthers will head west to Texas as they face UTEP on Thursday, Jan. 2 at 9 p.m. ET followed by a game against UTSA on Saturday, Jan. 4 at 3 p.m. ET.
