MIAMI (Jan. 31, 2020) - The FIU swim and dive team will host Senior Day at the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Center on Saturday, Feb.1 with ceremonies beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET.

The Panthers welcome the Owls in the pool as the conference foes go head-to-head before making their way to the C-USA Championships later in the month. 

Honoring the eight seniors is a bittersweet feeling for Head Coach Randy Horner, who is proud of the eight ladies who are leaders inside and outside of the pool. 

"We get to celebrate eight amazing young ladies that have done so much for our program and FIU, but at the same time it's almost time to say good bye," said Head Coach Randy Horner. 

Ann Barral, Brooke Bouchard, Alexa Bryant, Brittany Haskell, Taylor Grabenhorst, Nicole Hunnewell, Rachel Whitaker and Berta Triola will all be honored in their last meet as Panthers this weekend. The class of 2020 is also in contention to become the third-straight senior class to finish their career undefeated 4-0 in C-USA Championships.  

"This class of seniors have a cumulative GPA of 3.6 as a group. They are a golden example for what NCAA Student-Athletes are all about," said Horner.

FIU owns nine-straight victories over FAU and they look to go 10-0 on Saturday.
