MIAMI (Nov. 8, 2020) – Due to inclement weather expected from Tropical Storm Eta, the FIU swimming and diving season opener against the Miami Hurricanes has been canceled.

Originally scheduled for Monday, Nov. 9, in Coral Gables, the competition was called off to ensure the safety of all student-athletes and staff involved. At this time, no plans have been made to reschedule the meet.

UP NEXT
The Panthers will now open their season on Nov. 19-21, when FIU travels to Fort Meyers to face FGCU and Georgia Southern in the FGCU Invitational.
