MIAMI (March, 5, 2020) - The FIU women's tennis team blanked Seton Hall 4-0 on Thursday afternoon, as the Panthers extended their win streak to three-straight. 

With the win, FIU improves to 6-2 on the season as C-USA foe Charlotte visits on Saturday. 

FIU earned the doubles point before taking three matches in singles action to clinch the 4-0 victory. 

Basak Akbas led the Panthers on Thursday afternoon, as she earned a win in doubles play with partner Kamila Umarova before taking a straight-set victory in singles. Kristina Miletic also had a stellar day, with a victory in doubles action with partner Sandra Bozinovic and 6-0, 6-0 decision in singles.

FIU looks to extend its win streak to four matches as the Panthers host Charlotte on Saturday, March 7 at noon.
