MIAMI (Sept. 3, 2020) – Five home contests, three Friday night kickoffs and a pair of CBS Sports Network aired games highlight FIU's football schedule, with the Panthers set to kickoff the 2020 season at Liberty on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
In addition to FIU's season opener at Liberty, the Panthers will also face Jacksonville State in non-conference action. FIU's home game against JSU, originally scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 3, has now been re-scheduled for Friday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
FIU's seven Conference USA games will round out the 2020 schedule, with the Panthers opening league action at home against Middle Tennessee (Sat., Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. ET). The game against the Blue Raiders will serve as Homecoming for the Panthers.
FIU also hosts Marshall (Fri., Oct. 30 at 7 p.m. ET), Florida Atlantic (Fri., Nov. 13 at 7 p.m.) and Louisiana Tech (Sat., Nov. 28 at Noon ET) at Riccardo Silva Stadium. Two of those home C-USA matchups, Marshall and Florida Atlantic, were moved to Friday night to accommodate CBS Sports Network.
