MIAMI (Feb. 20, 2021) – The No. 25 ranked FIU men's soccer team will play its second home match within a week's span on Sunday, Feb. 21, when the Panthers welcome North Florida to the FIU Soccer Stadium beginning at Noon.
After opening the Spring 2021 season with a 3-2 victory over the FGCU Eagles on Wednesday, Feb. 17, the Panthers are set host the Ospreys after the contest was moved from Jacksonville to Miami due to UNF field conditions.
Due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols, the capacity of Sunday's match will be reduced to 200 fans.

SCOUTING THE OSPREYS
UNF's record stands at 1-1 on the young spring season, after the Ospreys lost to FAU (0-1) in their season opener on Feb. 3 and later defeated Mercer (2-1) on Feb. 13. UNF was picked to finish third this season in the ASUN Conference behind FGCU and Lipscomb. The Ospreys are led by standout senior defender LJ Estes, who was named to the All-ASUN Preseason Team on Jan. 22. UNF finished with a 6-8-2 overall record (4-2-1 ASUN) back in 2019 and lost to FGCU by a score of 1-2 in the ASUN Tournament Semifinals to end the campaign.
INSIDE THE SERIES
FIU has won two of its last three contests against UNF dating back to the 2017 season. The Panthers' last match against the Ospreys ended in a 1-1 draw back on Sept. 17, 2019, in Miami. In their last three contests combined, the Panthers have outscored the Ospreys by a margin of 11-4 goals.
