FIU Falls at No. 12 Charlotte

49ers take 1-0 decision over Panthers

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (April 14, 2021) - The FIU men's soccer team fell to 12th-ranked Charlotte on Wednesday afternoon, as the Panthers dropped a 1-0 decision to the 49ers. 

Charlotte scored the match's lone goal in the 25th minute, going ahead 1-0.

Despite not scoring a goal on Wednesday, the Panthers were very active on the offensive end as Stephen Afrifa logged four shots with a pair on target. 

UP NEXT
FIU will conclude the regular season at Old Dominion on Saturday, April 17. First kick is slated for Noon.
