MIAMI (Aug. 21, 2021) - Following the season opening night win over Stetson, the FIU Women's soccer team will head north to take on the Jacksonville Dolphins for their first road trip of the season this Sunday, Aug. 22.
 
First kick is set to begin at 11 a.m. ET in Southern Oak Stadium.

Both FIU and JU are heading into the match fresh off season-opening wins. The Panthers will look for another strong performance to seek a 2-0 start for the first time since joining Conference USA. The Dolphins opened their fall season against South Carolina State and produced a 7-0 shutout victory.

SCOUTING JU
FIU holds a 5-5 record all-time against Jacksonville, including four-straight over the Dolphins. The Blue & Gold faced JU twice early in their 2020-21 campaign resulting in two victories, both in their home opener and on the road, by a combined score of 3-0. JU began their 2021 season off with a clean-sheet 7-0 victory over South Carolina State. The Dolphins were led by the double braces from Olivia Abdallah and Kaylee Anderson.

UP NEXT
The Panthers will circle back to the 305 to take on the North Florida Ospreys, starting their first of four straight matches at the home pitch. Play is set to start Thursday, Aug. 26, beginning at 6 p.m. ET.
