MATCH UP PREVIEW
The Panthers are entering this competition coming off of two straight double-overtime matches, with the last Blue & Gold contest resulting in a 1-1 tied against rivals Florida Atlantic. FIU now has eight matches decided by one score or less. Marshall comes into the match at 3-6-1, including two straight losses in conference play. Marshall went into overtime against WKU, but ultimately fell 2-1 at home and the Herd allowed four goals in the loss to Southern Miss on the road.

ALL-TIME SERIES
FIU trails in the all-time series against the Herd 1-5-2, but the Blue & Gold seized the first-ever win against Marshall the last time these two teams clashed. The Panthers defeated Marshall by a score of 3-1 at home when Sydney Amparo scored all three goals, notching her first-ever hat trick in a Panther uniform.

SCOUTING THE HERD
The Herd has allowed 17 goals to their own 12 this season, which includes MU allowing two or more goals in three of the last four matches. In goal, MU has been running with two goalies for the season with Mira Pastoft tallying three wins and one shutout in 549 minutes of action. Offensively, Marshall is led by the freshman Meg Jarvis who has posted five goals on the year, four of those scores happening in the last three contests.

FIU BY THE NUMBERS
Noemi Paquin leads the team in goals on the season with three, including two scored in the prior two matches.  Paquin also paces the squad in shot attempts and shots on goal through the first two conference matchups, tallying seven shots with four on goal. Kédie Johnson sits second recording five shots with two on goal during her 109 minutes of C-USA play.

Jessica Magerman has posted one goal on three shots with two shots on goal during her conference play. Reagan Bridges, Carmen Marin, and Camille Sahirul are the only three Panthers that have started and played in every match of the season. Itahaisa Vinoly has dazzled with her time in net, where she obtained new season-highs in the last four matches played. Vinoly recorded 10 saves while facing 20 shots in the prior match against FAU.
