TOURNAMENT VETS
FIU is making its 12th NCAA Tournament appearance in program history. The Panthers own an 9-11 overall record in tournament play, with their best run in the tournament coming in 1996, when they advanced to the championship match before falling to St. John's, 4-1.

With seven wins and a draw in the last eight matches, FIU has had three three-match unbeaten streaks and are on a season-best eight-match unbeaten streak heading into the NCAA Third Round.

The Panthers have outscored opponents 17-9 during this streak, most recently taking down New Hampshire in PKs to advance out of the NCAA Second Round.

The current streak of eight-straight unbeaten matches is the longest during Head Coach Kyle Russell's tenure.
