MIAMI – FIU diver Brooke Megdall has been named the American Athletic Conference (AAC) freshman diver of the week, as announced by the conference office Tuesday afternoon
 
Megdall placed fourth in the 1-meter event at the South Florida Diving Invitational this past Nov. 8-9 for a score of 247.13
 
The freshman added for fifth place in the platform (178.05) and 3-meter (251.10) as the Panthers dominated the weekend on the boards.
 
It marks the second straight week the Windsor, Ontario, Canada native has won the freshman diver of the week honor.
 
UP NEXT
FIU travels to West Lafayette, Ind for the Purdue Invitational from Nov. 21 – Nov. 24 for midseason.
