DALLAS – The FIU football program continued its preparations Wednesday morning for the SERVPRO First Responder Bowl, scheduled for Friday, Dec. 26 at 8 p.m. ET against UTSA on ESPN.
On Christmas Eve, the Panthers took the field at SMU's indoor football facility for a walkthrough as they set their sights on their first bowl appearance since 2019. Following practice, defensive lineman Keegan Davis and running back Kejon Owens spoke with Corey Brooks as they prepare for the final game of their collegiate careers in the Blue & Gold.
FIU wrapped up the evening with a team dinner at Edison's before heading to Cidercade, an arcade venue featuring more than 140 classic arcade games and pinball machines.
